Get in shape with our free HIIT Kickboxing class! Our experienced instructors will guide you through a high-intensity workout that combines cardio, strength training, and kickboxing techniques. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, our class is designed to challenge and motivate you.

Be prepared…

What to expect for your first day!

We book an appointment 15 minutes early for your first class. We will have you fill out a waiver and answer any other questions. We will show you around and prepare you for your first class with the equipment and materials needed.

What to wear:

  • Athletic clothing that is comfortable and you can move around in.

What to bring:

  • A water bottle

  • Indoor or gym-only shoes. *We do not allow outdoor shoes on the mat for sanitary purposes. We do allow socks or barefoot if you do not have an alternate pair of shoes

  • (Optional) Bag or Boxing Gloves

What to Expect:

We have a fun community and encourage coaches and team members. Expect to be challenged, have fun, sweat, and push yourself.

Depending on the week, you can expect everything from bodyweight exercises, resistance training, cardio kickboxing, and a fun energizing environment.
