CAN I TRY CLASS?
Yes! We offer a $19 trial which includes 3 classes within a one week period and a pair of kickboxing gloves.
HOW MANY DAYS A WEEK DO I NEED TO TRAIN?
We offer classes 6 days week. The more you commit to our fitness program, the greater the results. We strongly recommend that you take 4-5 classes per week to see the best results.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE ME TO SEE RESULTS?
You’ll begin to feel better almost instantly. Within a few short days you’ll have more energy and an overall better sense of well being. However, specific results depend on you! The more you are able to commit to classes in a week, the faster you will see dramatic results!
DO I NEED TO CHANGE MY DIET?
Exercise will deliver a lot of benefits but you also need to have a well-balanced diet. With our fitness program we offer nutritional guidelines to follow.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM A TYPICAL CLASS?
H.I.I.T. Kickboxing classes change regularly as to not allow your body to get used to any one exercise. You can expect everything from body weight exercises, resistance training, cardio kickboxing, and a fun energizing environment. Please feel free to stop by and watch a class.
